Returns

  1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Workshop you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get in contact with our customer service team to let them know that you are returning your product and they will advise you on the best way to return your product.Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g. product box), and place it in a shipping box

    It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the The Workshop Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  2. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
    The team at The Workshop is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact customer service and if you could have the following information at hand that would be great. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. 

    You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item.

  3. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
    It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Zappos Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  4. I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, how does that work?
    Orders with Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience. New Gift Certificate codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

  1. Are their Workshop giftcards available?
    Yes! If you're looking for the perfect gift or just doing some last minute shopping, Gift Cards are the perfect solution for you.

  2. How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
    You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists by contacting us at customer care or by updating your settings in one of The Workshop emails that we sent you to unsubscribe.

  3. I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
    We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on The Workshop reflects live what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.
    Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

  4. Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
    Unfortunately, The Workshop does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. Its possible for different variations of products to be discounted due to stock. The team at The Workshop are always en-devouring to get the best deals so keep an eye out for our regular sales and seasonal promotions

  5. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
    The Workshop is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. If you contact the customer service team they might be able to source another product or suggest a suitable alternative.

Payment Information

  1. Do you accept international credit cards?
    Currently The Workshop can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within Ireland.

  2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    Yes! The Workshop 
    understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

  3. What forms of payment do you accept?
    The Workshop currently  accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit and the majority of all major credit cards

  4. What can cause my order to be delayed?

    If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
     We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

    Technology

    1. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

      A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser.     2. When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
      Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Please be aware that The Workshop currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
